 A 22 years old male presenting with irregualr fever and hemoptysis. A CT scan was performed. What is the diagnosis?

Pulmonary aspergilloma in a cavity due to tuberculosis. There are various forms of pulmonry aspergillosis. Such as:

1.       Aspergilloma (saprophytic/non-invasive aspergillosis): the most common form


2.       Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis


3.       Invasive aspergillosis

a. Subacute invasive pulmonary aspergillosis 

b. Airway Invasive Aspergillosis

c. Angioinvasive aspergillosis


4.       Obstructive bronchopulmonary aspergillosis
