Terminal ileal adenocarcinoma.

 A 70 years old female presented with chief complaints of pain abdomen, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and weight loss for 5 months. A small bowel enema was done. What is the diagnosis?

All terminal ileal lesions are not Tuberculosis or Crohn's disease. This tunred out to be Terminal ileal adenocarcinoma.
